    • Fast dry sublimation transfer paper rolls can be used for 12months. Tacky sublimation paper suggested for 8 months.

The difference between sublimation ink and ordinary ink

Sublimation ink is a kind of disperse dye ink, which belongs to water-based ink. Different from other inks, sublimation ink shows its original color only after it is transferred to the object at high temperature. At first, the color printed on the transfer paper is not the final color, and it can show its original color only after being transferred. Our company introduces foreign high-quality sublimation ink, which has passed the ISO9001R quality system verification; It has complete chromatograms, bright colors and good coloring intensity; The color fastness and washing degree reach above level 4.5, and the ink fluency is good; Non toxic side effects, green environmental protection features.

Special paper for sublimation transfer. The special paper for heat transfer can absorb the sublimation ink evenly and sufficiently. Under high temperature, the absorbed sublimation ink is completely released from the paper, and the dispersion rate reaches more than 95%, transferring the color to the surface of the transfer object.

Special coating for sublimation transfer: in order to make the sublimation ink applicable to more object surfaces, it can cooperate with the sublimation coating to achieve a satisfactory transfer effect.

Scope of application of sublimation transfer process: sublimation transfer process is applicable to the transfer of cloth and the surface of hard objects after coating treatment. The cloth is mainly polyester and polyester cotton, and the hard objects are high-temperature resistant, such as film, metal, glass, ceramic chips, ceramic cups, PVC, etc... as long as the transfer objects are high-temperature resistant and cooperate with the thermal transfer coating, the image transfer can be completed by a special ironing machine.
